Respect for nature and environmental protection are the corner stones of our activity. All land on the San Giovanni Battista is cultivated organically, in full respect of regulation CEE 2092/94, with certification from the QC&I inspection body. All Agritourism produce wines, oil and vegetables is grown with respect for the environment, using only organic fertilisers and natural antiparasitics, without synthetic pesticides. This method guarantees the absence of substances and residues that could damage the environment or the consumer. For this reason, our produce displays the European Union Organic Farming logo.
