Personal Data
This site may be consulted anonymously. However, data relative to identified or identifiable users may be collected during navigation.
During navigation the user may provide personal data on a voluntary basis when sending a message, acquiring information, making requests and bookings, purchasing products or sending CVs. In all of these cases, the personal data needed to respond to requests is collected and handled, as well as personal data added on a voluntary basis by the user when sending additional information. The user is free to supply this personal data, although failure to send such data may result in the request not being followed up.

Subject's Rights
On the strength of Law 196/2003 article 7, which is reproduced below, the subject benefits from a series of rights that may be exerted from the data holder.
Law 196/2003 Article 7
1. The interested person is entitled to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning themselves with the body responsible, even if the data has yet to be recorded. This must be communicated in an intelligible way.
2. The person concerned  is entitled to obtain confirmation:
a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the aims and methods used in data handling;
c) of the logic applied in the case of data handling with the help of electronic devices;
d) identification details of the handler, of the person in charge and the designed agent in accordance with article 5, comma 2  
e) of individuals or categories of individuals to whom personal data may be communicated or who may have access to this data through their position as designed agent within the national territory, agents or appointed persons.
3. The person concerned  is entitled to obtain confirmation of:
a) updates, corrections or if necessary, data inclusion;
b) cancellation, change or blocking of  handled data in violation of the law, including that which needs not be held for the purposes of data collection or subsequent handling;
c) certification that the operations listed in  a) and b) have been made known of, as regards their content, also regarding their content, of those whose data has been communicated or transmitted  , excluding cases in which this is  impossible or requires a use of means clearly disproportionate to the right being protected.
4. The interested person has the right to oppose either fully or in part:
a) the handling of their personal data for legitimate reasons, despite the latter being pertinent to the aims of data collection;
b) the handling of their personal data in order to be sent advertising material, direct sales information, market research or commercial communication.
